AutoPot 1Pot Accessory Box for 24 plants - connection material only

1Pot Accessory Box contains complete connection and distribution material with AQUAvalve5 valves for connecting 24 plants. The package does not include a tank, trays or pots - it is suitable if you already have square 15l pots (square) and want to expand the system or convert an older system to AQUAvalve5 with 9mm distribution. It serves twenty-four plants from one tank.

How the irrigation works

Each pot is served by an AQUAvalve5 valve. After connection to the tank, the valve opens the supply and lets the tray fill with water to the preset level of 20 mm - by gravity only, without pumps, mains pressure, electricity or timers. As long as the plant does not use up the water in the tray, AQUAvalve5 does not allow replenishment, so the plant goes through a wet and dry cycle that supports healthy roots. After the tray is emptied, the process repeats.

Distribution and hose diameters

The distribution is in AQUAvalve5 design: 9mm hose (outer 9 / inner 7 mm) to the valves and 16mm hose (outer 16 / inner 13 mm) as the backbone with a 16-9 mm reducer. Expect section splitting and a longer backbone.

For the 24-plant set-up, run a 16mm main line from the tank and reduce it to 9 mm to the individual valves - the main line will maintain pressure and flow over longer distances.

Who the box is for

A medium set-up for a larger tent or greenhouse. Parts in one package = fewer orders and a lower price per plant.

The box belongs to the 1Pot system (you can find the set for this number as a ready-made 1Pot system). Missing a tank? Choose the 400l Flexitank. Add pots and trays as a 15l pot and 1Pot tray, and find individual fittings among 9 mm parts and 16 mm.
