The 80x60x40 cm propagator box URBANBOX Propagator 80 is designed for cloning and pre-growing seedlings, cuttings and low plants or herbs. The widest propagator in the range offers plenty of space for more seedlings side by side thanks to its 80x60 cm footprint, while remaining low and discreet.

Propagator box for more seedlings at once

The wide 80x60 cm surface is ideal when you are pre-growing a whole batch of seedlings or microgreens at once. The enclosed box maintains a constant temperature and humidity, which you monitor using a thermometer and hygrometer. The internal Mylar reflective film disperses light from seedling lighting evenly, so even seedlings at the edge receive enough light and grow uniformly.

Construction and practical details

A stable frame made of 16 mm steel poles (wall thickness 0.8 mm) and reinforced plastic corners keep the box firmly in place; the 600D Oxford fabric shell with opaque, light-tight zips does not let light through. The removable waterproof base protects the surface from spills during misting and is easy to clean. For ventilation and cabling, the box has one adjustable 135 mm sock and 1 cable sock 75 mm; the passive opening is protected by an insect mesh.
