A practical and powerful seed tray is perfectly designed for use with the universal Autopot Tray2Grow self-watering system.

The base of the tray is perforated with plenty of holes, which allow water and nutrient solution to be drawn up from below. Exactly as required for the Tray2Grow system in the "capillary matting" configuration.

In the "Capillary Matting" configuration, a large rectangular capillary matting (not included) is placed on the Tray2Grow tray and inserted into the channels. A root control sheet (not included) is then placed over the capillary matting. Up to four Tray2Grow seed trays can then be placed on it. The capillary matting draws moisture and fertiliser from the tray.

Moisture and nutrients pass through the holes in the base of each seed tray into the growing medium, further watering and feeding young plants.
