Low-Stress Training (LST) is a cultivation technique that manipulates the shape of the plant without damaging it. By bending the main stem or branches to a 90-degree angle, so-called apical dominance is disrupted (the natural tendency to grow straight upwards). The plant responds by redirecting growth hormones into the side branches, which begin to strengthen and grow as if they were the main stems. The result is a bushier shape with many tops instead of one.

3. Fit the clip: Place the clip exactly at the bend so that the branch fits firmly into the groove. That is all! As the plant strengthens, you can move the clip or use it on another branch.
