A high-yielding, strongly aromatic variety, highly resistant to bolting, suitable for direct kitchen use, preserving and drying.
The edible part is the leaf, dark blue-green in colour, which is cut at ground level together with the whole young plant, 15–20 cm tall.
For pickling vegetables, it is harvested when in flower.
By sowing successively, we achieve a continuous harvest of fresh dill.
