Guanokalong - Dosage Tables

How should Guanokalong fertilisers be dosed? We have instructions for you!

  • Guanokalong fertilisers are suitable for soil and coco substrates; for hydroponics, we recommend only Guanokalong Extract or BatBoost
  • Dose Guanokalong organic fertilisers according to the needs of the plants and the recommendations in the table
  • Solid fertilisers release nutrients gradually, so fertilising every week is not necessary
  • Powder fertilisers are mixed into the soil before transplanting the plant; the next dose is mixed only into the top layer of the substrate
  • Guanokalong dosing tables vary depending on whether you want to use only solid or liquid fertilisers, or combine them.

When to add and when to reduce?

  • You can reduce the intensity of fertilising for a while if you notice typical symptoms associated with an excess of nutrients. This is most often indicated by yellowing leaves, spots on their edges, or a white surface on the substrate.
  • If you notice that, on the contrary, the plant has a nutrient deficiency, it is advisable to start fertilising a little more. If the plant is growing unhealthy slowly and its leaves are smaller than is usual for the species, it is likely to be undernourished. In such a case, you can try increasing the intensity of fertilising and observe whether this has a positive effect on the plant and it begins to thrive better.
  • Remember that the dosing tables are only recommendations. Different varieties in different climates have different needs, and do not be afraid to adapt the fertilising accordingly. Gardening works best when you pay attention to the plants and accommodate their needs.

GUANOKALONG DOSING TABLES - SOLID FERTILISERS

If you want to combine liquid and solid fertilisers, reduce the dose by half

Basic dosing table for solid fertilisers

In the standard dosing table you will find instructions for use of Vegetal Fertiliser, a balanced fertiliser for healthy growth, High Phos Powder which is a rich source of phosphorus, Veg Pearls - a growth fertiliser with a high content of nitrogen and potassium, Seaweed Powder which improves the plants’ resistance and supplies trace elements, and Palm Tree Ash - an organic flowering stimulant.

1st week of the growth phase

- mix the fertilisers into the substrate before planting (the values are in grams per litre of soil)

Vegetal Fertiliser: 8g
High Phos Powder: 3g
Veg Pearls: 3g
Seaweed Powder: 5g

- one application of fertilisers is sufficient for the entire growth phase

1st week of the flowering phase

- sprinkle the fertiliser over the soil and gently mix it into the top layer of the substrate so as not to damage the roots
- apply the same amount of fertiliser as in the first week of growth

Vegetal Fertiliser: 8g
High Phos Powder: 3g
Veg Pearls: 3g
Seaweed Powder: 5g

2nd week of the flowering phase

- add the organic flowering stimulant Palm Tree Ash in an amount of 3 g / 1 l
- apply to the top layer of the substrate

4th week of the flowering phase

- add High Phos Powder with a high phosphorus content in an amount of 3 g / 1 l
- apply to the top layer of the substrate

5th week of the flowering phase

- add another 2 g / 1 l of the flowering stimulant Palm Tree Ash - apply to the top layer of the substrate

Water the plants with clean water.

Advanced dosing table for solid fertilisers

In the advanced table you will find the main products in the Guanokalong range. The basis consists of Guanokalong Powder from bat guano, a mixture of volcanic rock and earthworm manure Lava Worm Powder, an extract from sugar cane and other plants Veg Pearls, Palm Tree Ash from the ash of Sumatran palms, seaweed extract Seaweed Powder and Black Pellets, which combine the benefits of guano and humic acids.

You will thus get complete nutrition, thanks to which the plants will lack nothing. At the same time, you will use a purely organic fertiliser from sources that humanity has used in cultivation for centuries.

1st week of the growth phase

- mix the fertilisers into the substrate before planting (the values are in grams per litre of soil)

Guanokalong Powder: 8 g
Lava Worm Powder: 75 g
Veg Pearls: 3 g

Black Pellets: 8 g

- the nutrient supply will be sufficient for the plants for the entire growth phase

MIXED DOSING TABLES (LIQUID + SOLID FERTILISERS)

If you want to use both liquid and solid Guanokalong fertilisers, you can either fertilise according to the needs of the plants and your own judgement (in that case we recommend using half doses) or you can fertilise according to one of the two official tables

Dosing table  - liquid + solid fertilisers - flowering 10 weeks

The absolute basis is the use of three solid fertilisers: Guanokalong Powder from bat guano, an extract from sugar cane and other plants Veg Pearls and Palm Tree Ash from the ash of Sumatran palms. The dosing is already recalculated for the most commonly used pots. If you want to stimulate the plants for even better growth, you can add the liquid product Kalong Grow for the growth phase, which is then replaced during the flowering period by Kalong Bloom. For perfect health and high yields, the stimulant BatBoost motivates the plants. An advanced grower can use Seaweed Powder as a natural source of trace elements.

The table assumes that you either plant the cuttings into 6-7 l pots and transplant them into larger ones at the beginning of the flowering phase, or that you grow the plants in 11 l pots for the entire cycle.

Dosing table  - liquid + solid fertilisers - flowering 8 weeks

This table contains the recommended amount of substrate per one litre of substrate, in the case of liquid fertilisers per one litre of watering solution. As the base fertiliser that will nourish the plant during both the growth and flowering phases, it uses the solid fertiliser Complete Organics or the liquid Florizon. As supplementary fertilisers, you can choose the liquid seaweed extract Seaweed Liquid or its powder version Seaweed Powder and the stimulant BatBoost, which improves the quality of the harvest.
