Advanced Hydroponics Final Solution is a flushing product from the Natural Power range that breaks down accumulated fertiliser residues in the growing medium and helps wash them away - while also acting as a preventative against mould. You use it instead of regular watering during the last two weeks before harvest, when the plant is finishing on its own reserves.

What Final Solution does in the medium

It breaks down fertiliser residues in the substrate and helps wash them away. It is watered in repeatedly throughout the final two weeks of the cycle, not just once. It also acts as a preventative against mould. It works in soil, coco, hydroponics and aeroponics.

When and with what to use it

Final Solution is the only substance you mix into the water during this period. Stop using all other fertilisers and boosters, mix 1 ml per litre of water, and water like this until the day of harvest. In a thirteen-week cycle, this means the twelfth and thirteenth week; for shorter varieties, start correspondingly earlier, and go by the harvest, not by the calendar.

The ongoing work during the cycle is done by Enzymes+ - it is dosed at 1 ml per litre every week and removes accumulated salts and dead roots as it goes. Final Solution does not replace it or add to it: once flushing begins, Enzymes+ and everything else stop, and only water with Final Solution remains in the container.

When should I start using Final Solution?

Two weeks before the planned harvest. In a thirteen-week cycle, this corresponds to the twelfth and thirteenth week. However, your variety is what matters, not the table - count back fourteen days from the date when you want to harvest, and stop using all other fertilisers on that date. Water with Final Solution until the day of harvest.

Can I mix it with fertiliser or a booster?

No. Final Solution is dosed as the only substance in the watering solution - that is the point of the entire flush. If you add a base fertiliser or a bloom booster to the water, you are putting back exactly what you are trying to remove from the medium. So stop using the rest of the range as well and leave only water with Final Solution in the container, 1 ml per litre.

Does Final Solution work in soil too?

Yes. It is intended for all substrates and systems - soil, coco, hydroponics and aeroponics - and the dosage does not change between them, still 1 ml per litre. In soil and coco, you simply use it instead of regular watering; in hydroponics, it is mixed into the tank instead of the nutrient solution. It is watered in until the day of harvest.
