AutoPot Easy2grow Accessory Box for 48 plants - connection material only

Easy2grow Accessory Box contains complete connection and distribution material with AQUAvalve5 valves for connecting 48 plants. The package does not include a tank, trays or pots - it is suitable if you already have square 8.5l pots, two per valve (square), and want to expand the system or convert an older system to AQUAvalve5 with 9mm distribution. Distribution for forty-eight plants in one package.

How irrigation works

Each pot is served by an AQUAvalve5 valve. After connection to the tank, the valve opens the supply and lets the tray fill with water to the preset level of 20 mm - by gravity only, without pumps, mains pressure, electricity or timers. As long as the plant does not use up the water in the tray, AQUAvalve5 will not allow replenishment, so the plant goes through a wet and dry cycle that supports healthy roots. After the tray is emptied, the process repeats.

Distribution and hose diameters

The distribution is in AQUAvalve5 design: 9mm hose (outer 9 / inner 7 mm) to the valves and 16mm hose (outer 16 / inner 13 mm) as the backbone with a 16-9 mm reducer. Run the distribution in separate branches due to pressure.

For the 48-plant set, run a 16mm backbone distribution from the tank and reduce it to 9 mm for the individual valves - the backbone maintains pressure and flow over longer distances.

Who the box is for

Commercial scale. The box supplies distribution for the entire plantation in one package; count on a robust tank and 16mm backbone, and size the distribution for operational logistics.

The box belongs to the Easy2grow system (you can find the set for this number as a ready-made Easy2grow system). Missing a tank? Choose the 400l Flexitank. Add pots and trays as an 8.5l pot and Easy2grow tray; individual fittings can be found among 9 mm parts and 16 mm.
