Innovative complete SunPro 315W CMH fixture with built-in ballast and reflector is primarily intended for hobby growers.

Advantages include low power consumption, a Vegagreen reflector with 95% reflectivity and a very long service life. This SunPro Complete Fixture 315W is supplied in the package WITHOUT SunPro CMH 315W/930 or 942 discharge lamps. These must be purchased separately! The ballast can be switched from 180-340 W.

The SUNPRO digital ballast uses a timed re-ignition system, which prevents the load from being "re-ignited" on a hot discharge lamp after a power failure. If a high discharge lamp temperature is detected, repeated ignition of the discharge lamp will be delayed by 60 seconds until the lamp has cooled sufficiently to be safely restarted.

The SUNPRO digital ballast automatically adjusts the output frequency so that it maintains a constant output regardless of fluctuations in the input power and lamp ageing.

The SUNPRO 315W CMH digital ballast is suitable for use with all high-quality Ceramic Metal Halide lamps. 

The SUNPRO digital ballast is up to 30% more efficient than a standard magnetic ballast and produces more lumens of light per watt of energy consumed. Efficiency does not decrease and is maintained throughout the unit's service life.

The SUNPRO digital ballast uses a sophisticated software-controlled system for circuit interruption. The system protects against a range of faults including: open-circuit protection, short-circuit protection, overvoltage protection, voltage protection and overheating protection. During ignition, the ballast performs a 3-second circuit test and, in the event of a fault, switches to protection mode to prevent damage to the ballast and lamp.

The unique design of the SUNPRO COMPLETE FIXTURE housings functions as an excellent heat sink, keeping the ballast extremely cool without the need for internal fans.

The SUNPRO digital ballast has no noisy internal fans and operation is completely silent.

If you switch the light off, the discharge lamp must be allowed to cool down completely before switching it on again.
