BioNova Ca 15 (Calcium)

BioNova Ca 15 is an additive containing 15% (180g/p) calcium, 8% nitrogen and trace elements like iron, copper and manganese. Calcium plays an important role in strengthening cell walls and ion reactions within plants, influences growth hormones, and helps with transporting nutrients and water in the plant. 

This single-component additive is used to treat calcium deficiency. Unchecked, calcium deficiency leads to the softening of cell walls, which makes plants prone to mildew and causes young leaves to wilt. On the other hand, if you add too much calcium, the leaves will develop brown spots.  

Ca 15 can be used along with all kinds of fertiliser. All the components are easy for the plant to absorb, and the additive doesn't change pH levels or doesn't clog irrigation systems. 

This isn't an NPK fertiliser. Use the Soil Supermix fertiliser for soil-based substrates, the Hydro SuperMix for hydroponic systems, Aero SuperMix for aeroponic systems, and the AutoFlower SuperMix specialised for autoflowering plants. We recommend Veganics Grow and Veganics Bloom for growers who prefer fully organic fertilisers.

Dosage:
- In areas with soft water, add 2-4 ml per 10 litres of water.
- When using water filtered with reverse osmosis, add 5-15ml per 10 litres of water.
- A 1:1000 dose increases the amount of Ca by 3.2 mmol.
- During highly humid seasons, add 5ml per 10 litres of nutrient solution.

EC fertiliser, calcium nitrate solution 8 (15), NPK 8-0-0 + 15% CaO. 8% total nitrogen (N), 15% water-soluble calcium oxide (CaO)
