Locking nut (collar) for AQUAvalve5

Collar is a locking nut that secures a 9 mm hose to the AQUAvalve5 nozzle - a replacement service part when replacing the hose or valve.

Compatibility

The part belongs to the AQUAvalve5 generation (black-grey valve, 9 mm inlet), standard since August 2020. It fits AQUAvalve5 in any AutoPot system - for example 1Pot, 1Pot XL, XXL or easy2grow. It does not fit the older 6 mm AQUAvalve (blue or black-red).

Installation

Remove the collar from the AQUAvalve5, thread the 9 mm hose through and fit it onto the nozzle, slide the collar back on and tighten only until you feel the first resistance - do not overtighten, so as not to damage the valve.

Tip
