Replacement AQUAvalve5 cam (9 mm)

The cam is the core of the AQUAvalve5 valve switching mechanism - it controls the automatic flood and drain cycle of the tray without electricity. A spare part for valve servicing.

Compatibility

For the AQUAvalve5 valve (new generation, black-grey valve, 9 mm distribution) of AutoPot systems.

AutoPot systems (easy2grow, 1Pot, 1Pot XL, Tray systems, AQUAbox Straight and Spyder) are supplied as standard with the AQUAvalve5 valve and irrigation accessories with a diameter of 9 mm, 9-16 mm and 16 mm - the cam is the service part for this generation.

When to replace the cam

The cam is a moving part that suffers most from deposits and limescale. If the valve no longer switches reliably or continues to drip, replace it - it is cheaper than replacing the entire valve. Keep the cam and tray clean and free of obstructions; at the end of the season, wash it in warm soapy water, perhaps with an old toothbrush.

Tip
