Detailed information

Product detailed description

Cultivator Grow-Bloom-Base 3x 10 kg is a large-volume powdered base nutrient from Advanced Nutrients for commercial and large-scale growers. The three water-soluble components - Grow, Bloom and Base - cover the entire growth and flowering cycle, and in powder form they work out more economically per litre of nutrient solution than liquid fertilisers.

Why large powder packs

In professional cultivation, the cost per unit of yield matters. The powder mixes well into large reservoir tanks and the 3x 10 kg pack lasts a long time, so the price per mixed litre drops. Cultivator is an 8th-generation range made from pure raw materials by fertiliser manufacturer Haifa and without banned growth regulators (paclobutrazol, daminozide) - designed directly for operations that want a professional result without liquid fertilisers in expensive canisters. For smaller or home cultivation, the same range is available in a more economical Cultivator 3x 1 kg pack.

The three components and their roles

  • Cultivator Base (NPK 14-0-0) - a nitrogen-calcium base, calcium 17% and chelated iron 0.32%, keeps the nutrient solution together throughout the entire cycle.
  • Cultivator Grow (NPK 2-9-24) - component for vegetative growth.
  • Cultivator Bloom (NPK 3-13-26) - component for the flowering stage, magnesium 3%, sulphur 7% and a high proportion of potassium.

Use

Cultivator is a highly concentrated fertiliser, so it is recommended to start at a lower concentration and gradually increase it according to the plants' response. The powder is suitable for hydroponics, coco and soil, and for all systems with a continuous nutrient supply. You can find the full Advanced Nutrients range in the brand category.

Frequently asked questions

Who is the 3x 10 kg pack suitable for?
The 3x 10 kg pack is aimed at large-scale and commercial growers who mix nutrients into large reservoir tanks and monitor the cost per litre of nutrient solution. For home and smaller cultivation, the Cultivator 3x 1 kg version with the same formula is a better fit. Decide according to the volume you use over the season.

Which growing medium is Cultivator for?
Cultivator is a universal powdered base for hydroponics, coco and soil, and for systems with a continuous nutrient supply. It is mixed into the nutrient solution in three components - Base holds the nutrition together, Grow controls growth and Bloom flowering. Exact dosing by stage can be found in the brand's dosing chart.

Do I need any other fertiliser with it?
Cultivator Grow, Bloom and Base form a complete base nutrient for the whole cycle, so you do not need to add another base. If you want to further boost the result, you can add Advanced Nutrients supplements for roots, flowering or flushing - always according to the stage and in doses from the dosing chart.

How does Cultivator differ from the pH Perfect range?
Cultivator is a water-soluble powder aimed at commercial and large-volume operations, while pH Perfect is a liquid range with automatic pH adjustment. With Cultivator, you monitor and adjust the pH of the nutrient solution yourself. The powder mixes easily into large reservoir tanks and, per litre of nutrient solution, works out more economically for large growers than liquid canisters in expensive packaging.

You can find the exact dosing for individual ranges in the Advanced Nutrients dosing chart.
