Cultivator Grow builds a strong foundation for the plant during vegetative growth - a dense structure and strong roots on which yield is then built. It is the powdered growth component of the Cultivator range from Advanced Nutrients with an NPK ratio of 2-9-24, which you dose together with the Base and Bloom components.

Powder performance for commercial growing operations

Grow supplies mainly phosphorus and potassium during the growth phase, which the plant needs for cell wall construction and energy metabolism. The powdered form means a higher nutrient concentration per pack and lower costs per litre of mixed nutrient solution - that is why Cultivator is a popular choice where plants are grown on a large scale. The range is designed for hydroponics, coco and soil, and is suitable for all continuous systems.

Dosing and use

Dissolve the powder in a separate tank, never in dry form, and use RO or distilled water for concentrates. Mix Grow with the Base and Bloom components according to the stage, and adjust the EC according to the plants' requirements. In hydroponics, prepare a fresh nutrient solution every week, in coco daily, and with other substrates water 2 to 4x a week.

Grow forms a complete system with Cultivator Base and Cultivator Bloom. It can also be purchased as the complete Cultivator Grow-Bloom-Base set. At the start of vegetative growth, roots are supported by Voodoo Juice.

Frequently asked questions

Why does the growth component have such a high potassium content (NPK 2-9-24)?
Cultivator is a three-powder system, where nitrogen is supplied mainly by the Base component (14-0-0). Grow therefore targets phosphorus and potassium, which the plant uses during vegetative growth to build strong tissues and roots. The nitrogen from Base and the P/K from Grow add up in the tank to a balanced growth ratio.

When should I switch from Grow to Bloom?
Use Grow throughout the entire vegetative phase. As soon as the plants start flowering, replace the growth component with the flowering Cultivator Bloom (NPK 3-13-26), while Base remains in the programme throughout the whole cycle. Both phases are therefore based on the same powder base.

Does the powder dissolve completely?
Yes, Cultivator is a water-soluble powder. The key is to dissolve it in a separate tank and in soft water (RO or distilled), never mixing dry components directly together. With the correct procedure, it dissolves without residue and does not clog drip irrigation.
