AutoPot 1Pot XL Accessory Box for 12 plants - connection materials only

1Pot XL Accessory Box contains complete connection and distribution materials with AQUAvalve5 valves for connecting 12 plants. The package does not include a tank, trays or pots - it is suitable if you already have round 25 l pots (round) and want to expand the system or convert an older system to AQUAvalve5 with 9 mm distribution. You will distribute irrigation to twelve plants.

How the irrigation works

Each pot is served by an AQUAvalve5 valve. After connection to the tank, the valve opens the supply and lets the tray fill with water to the preset level of 20 mm - solely by gravity, without pumps, mains pressure, electricity or timers. As long as the plant does not use up the water in the tray, AQUAvalve5 will not allow replenishment, so the plant goes through a wet and dry cycle that supports healthy roots. After the tray is emptied, the process repeats.

Distribution and hose diameters

The distribution is in AQUAvalve5 design: 9 mm hose (outer 9 / inner 7 mm) to the valves and 16 mm hose (outer 16 / inner 13 mm) as the backbone with a 16-9 mm reducer. You can branch it into several rows according to the layout of the grow room.

For the 12-plant set-up, run a 16 mm backbone distribution from the tank and reduce it to 9 mm for the individual valves - the backbone will maintain pressure and flow over longer distances.

Who the box is for

A medium set-up for a larger tent or greenhouse. Parts in one package = fewer orders and a lower price per plant.

The box belongs to the 1Pot XL system (you can find the set-up for this number as a ready-made 1Pot XL system). Missing a tank? Choose the 225 l Flexitank. Add the pots and trays as a 25 l pot and XL tray, and you will find the individual fittings among the 9 mm parts and 16 mm.
