AutoPot 1Pot XL Accessory Box for 100 plants - connection materials only

1Pot XL Accessory Box contains complete connection and distribution materials with AQUAvalve5 valves for connecting 100 plants. The package does not include a tank, trays or pots - it is suitable when you already have round 25 l pots (round) and want to expand the system or convert an older system to AQUAvalve5 with 9 mm distribution. Distribution for one hundred plants - commercial scale.

How the irrigation works

Each pot is served by an AQUAvalve5 valve. After connection to the tank, the valve opens the supply and lets the tray fill with water to the preset level of 20 mm - by gravity only, without pumps, mains pressure, electricity or timers. Until the plant uses the water in the tray, AQUAvalve5 does not allow replenishment, so the plant goes through a wet and dry cycle that supports healthy roots. After the tray is emptied, the process repeats.

Distribution and hose diameters

The distribution is in AQUAvalve5 design: 9 mm hose (outer 9 / inner 7 mm) to the valves and 16 mm hose (outer 16 / inner 13 mm) as the backbone with a 16-9 mm reducer. Plan the distribution in sections with their own branches.

For a set-up for 100 plants, run a 16 mm backbone distribution from the tank and reduce it to 9 mm for the individual valves - the backbone maintains pressure and flow over longer distances.

Commercial scale. The box supplies distribution for an entire plantation in one package; count on a robust tank and 16 mm backbone and size the distribution to the logistics of the operation.
