1Pot Bundle – AQUAvalve5 accessories bundle (9 mm)

Service fittings bundle for one module of the 1Pot system. Includes an AQUAvalve5 valve and 9 mm distribution line for replacing a worn part or expanding the system – it is not a complete module (without planter and plant saucer).

Compatibility

The bundle is designed for the 1Pot system with an AQUAvalve5 valve and 9 mm distribution line. It is used to renew or add one module and to upgrade an older 6 mm system to AQUAvalve5: faster watering, 66% higher watering supply and lower maintenance requirements.

Mineral fertilisers – and why not organics with 1Pot

For the best results, the manufacturer recommends mineral fertilisers for the 1Pot system – operation is simplest with them and practically maintenance-free. Organic fertilisers are not recommended for the base 1Pot: they tend to settle and clog the narrow 9 mm distribution line. (This differs from the larger 1Pot XL and XXL systems, where organics are possible with a water pump in the tank.)

Upgrade from 6 mm

When converting an older system with a 47 L tank (6 mm) to AQUAvalve5, enlarge the existing holes to 12.5 mm; then connect the 9 mm irrigation through a 9 mm grommet and 9 mm golf filter. The same applies to older Tray systems and AQUAbox Straight and Spyder. 6 and 9 mm cannot be connected directly, only via a 16 mm main line with a reducer.

What next

The bundle belongs to the 1Pot system. Add the planter as a replacement planter, the plant saucer as a tray, and protect the roots with PotSock. Individual fittings can be found among the 9 mm parts and 16 mm.
