SunMaster Super 1000W HPS is a sodium discharge lamp with an extended red-yellow spectrum, designed to maximise photon flux (µmol/s) per watt consumed. The manufacturer states values up to 10–20% higher in µmol between 400–700 nm compared with leading competing brands — confirmed by university and independent testing. The lamp is compatible with conventional and electronic ballasts and allows horizontal and vertical installation.
