Bluetooth hygrometer and thermometer VIVOSUN THB1S with probe
Precise climate is half the success in a grow room - and the AeroLab THB1S from VIVOSUN is designed exactly for monitoring it. The built-in sensor monitors temperature and humidity at the device location, while the included external probe on a cable (length approx. 3.66 m) measures a second point, for example directly in the plant canopy or in a less accessible corner of the tent. You can see both channels at once on the clear LCD display.
VPD, history and alerts in the app
The device itself calculates VPD (vapour pressure deficit) and records minimum and maximum values, so you can immediately see whether the environment is staying within a comfortable range. Via Bluetooth, it connects to the VIVOSUN app, where you can monitor temperature, humidity and VPD remotely and receive alerts when the set limits are exceeded. The measured data are stored and can also be analysed retrospectively and exported.
Power supply and mounting
THB1S runs on three AAA batteries (included), and you can place it on a stand, hang it up or attach it to a wall. The probe connector is a 2.5 mm jack.

What is the benefit of measuring VPD?
VPD combines temperature and humidity into one number that describes well how suitable the environment is for the plant - it is easier to fine-tune the climate by it than by humidity alone.
Does THB1S work without any additional equipment?
Yes, as a standalone metre with Bluetooth and an app. If you want to automatically switch ventilation and lights based on the measured values, connect it to the GrowHub E42/E42A controller, which also serves as a WiFi gateway.
