Sunflower Automatic Trimmer L - Light provides perfect trimming quality. Thanks to this machine, you will save a huge amount of time and labour, which it replaces through the automation of harvesting processes.

With a trimming capacity of up to 10 kg/h wet and 2 kg/h dry harvest, this machine will take you to a different level of business.

The trimmer is a fully automated device with a trimming capacity of up to 10 kg/h and brings real efficiency. The flowers are loaded into the stainless steel hopper and moved further into the stainless steel cylinder (tumbler), where they are trimmed. The cylinder (tumbler) with a diameter of 126 mm provides sufficient capacity for a typical small or medium-sized production volume. The flowers rotate in the cylinder and move slowly through it. Adjustable blades allow precise adjustment of the trimming gap between the blade and the reel, thanks to which the cuts are clean. With a trimming distance of 1 mm, you achieve perfectly trimmed flowers. Waste materials such as leaves and stems are automatically moved into the waste bag.

A separate suction system with a suction capacity of 1400 Pa helps move the flowers smoothly throughout the trimming process. The total weight of the machine, 50 kg, makes it a fully portable and flexible solution.
