Prima Klima K2607 - clean extract air without odour (250 mm flange)

The flagship of the Eco Line - K2607 with a 250 mm flange and 7.8 kg of carbon - handles airflow of up to 2200 m3/h and cleans the air in a very large grow room. The Prima Klima K2607 carbon odour filter from the Eco Line range captures odour molecules in a 3 cm deep bed of highly active carbon, so only clean air without odour leaves the extract. The 250 mm flange connects to ducting and a fan of the same diameter - keep the filter, ducting and fan at one 250 mm diameter. It can handle, approximately, a very large grow room or several tents on a shared extract at airflow up to 2200 m3/h (ideally around 1300 m3/h).

With large filters, the higher purchase price pays off in use: the robust pressed metal body and 7.8 kg of quality CTC75 carbon mean low pressure resistance, long filling life and quiet fan operation. For extracting air from a large grow room, a reliable large filter is cheaper than frequent replacements of an undersised unit.

How the carbon filter works

Activated carbon works like a battery: air passes through the carbon bed and organic odour molecules are captured in its microporous structure. Quality is determined by the CTC value and iodine number (how many substances the carbon absorbs), together with the thickness of the bed - the longer the air is in contact with the carbon, the better the odour is removed. Prima Klima fills the Eco Line with anthracite CTC75 pellets (3 mm), which have low pressure resistance and also cope well with higher humidity. The carbon can be topped up or replaced once exhausted; the whole filter is not thrown away.

Can the carbon be replaced?
