Basic Plagron Promix substrate with vermicompost, but without added fertilisers – maximum control over plant cultivation.
Plagron Promix soil substrate is made from a mixture of black, white and other high-quality fibrous peat. The only added nutrient component is vermicompost, which stimulates the growth of soil organisms and also activates organic fertilisers.
Pre-fertilisation and when to start feeding
Promix contains no added fertilisers, so it is necessary to start feeding with liquid nutrients from the first day of cultivation. The low EC value (0.6 - 0.7) supports rapid root growth.
Recommended fertilisers
Promix is an excellent growing medium for cultivation with a 100% Natural base of Alga Grow and Alga Bloom, along with Plagron supplements. Power Roots can also be added from the first day to support rooting.
