Plagron Seedling and Cutting Substrate (Seeding & Cutting Soil) is an enriched soil mix designed for delicate cuttings and young seedlings.

Composition and properties

• Peat, black peat, fibrous peat, Peruvian guano and marl.
• A fine and balanced mix based on peat and sand.
• Very low EC value and optimal pH for seed germination.
• Balanced nutrients support faster root development in plants.

Use and fertilisation

After sowing seeds or inserting cuttings, lightly spray the substrate with fertiliser - this will achieve a faster effect. The manufacturer recommends combining it with Plagron Bat Guano for the best aroma and taste of the resulting harvest. Rooting will be further supported by the Power Roots stimulator, Seedbooster Plus for seeds and NextGen Rooting Gel for cuttings. After rooting, transplant the plants into the chosen growing substrate (e.g. Lightmix) and continue with the appropriate Grow base.
