Hydro A+B is a highly concentrated two-component biomineral fertiliser by Plagron for hydroponic growing media. It is used throughout the entire cycle - in the growth and flowering phases.

Why Hydro A+B

• Chelated trace elements (DTPA): easily absorbed nutrients even at a less than ideal pH or lower substrate temperature.
• Does not clog the system: suitable for all types of hydroponic systems, does not clog capillary lines.
• Does not crystallise: remains stable in the container.
• Balanced nutrient ratio: component A has NPK 5-0-2, component B NPK 2-4-9.

Dosage and use

Always use Hydro A in combination with Hydro B in a 1:1 ratio. We recommend combining the fertiliser with other Plagron supplements to achieve maximum yields - for example Hydro Roots to support the root system or Pure Zym throughout the entire cycle. In hydroponic systems with expanded clay, we recommend the Euro Pebbles growing medium.

Do I have to mix Hydro A and Hydro B in the same ratio?

Yes, always use Hydro A together with Hydro B in a 1:1 ratio, otherwise the plant would not receive a balanced nutrient ratio.

Does Hydro A+B work even with fluctuating pH?

Yes, thanks to the trace elements in the highly valuable chelate (DTPA), the plant can develop optimally even at a less than ideal pH value or low substrate temperature.

Which growing medium and supplements should I combine with Hydro A+B?

Hydro A+B is intended for expanded clay, for example the Euro Pebbles growing medium, and can be supplemented with Hydro Roots to support roots.
