Prima Klima PK250-A1 1050 m3/h, 250 mm - large diameter, low consumption

For a large space with 250 mm ducting, where you want a high-volume yet economical extract, there is the PK250-A1. The radial impeller with backward-curved blades delivers 1050 m3/h even at the low pressure created when operating with a filter, with an input of just 120 W.

Basic AC range - why it is more affordable

The model belongs to Prima Klima's basic AC range. It uses a classic AC motor with an impeller with backward-curved blades and is more affordable than versions with an EC motor. It does not have smooth electronic control - the output runs at a fixed setting, or it switches between fixed speeds. For a lower price, you get a reliable duct fan with quiet operation and low consumption.

Why the price is worthwhile

The 250 mm model is not the cheapest, but with large extraction the investment pays back in savings and peace of mind. The energy-efficient ebm-papst AC motor significantly exceeds the ERP2015 energy efficiency standard, runs with minimal noise and has maintenance-free ball bearings with a long service life. The standard power cable with a protected plug and stable brackets also make installation easier.

Matching with the filter and ducting

Always choose the same diameter for the fan, filter flange and ducting - in this model, 250 mm. A carbon filter increases the resistance of the system, so size the fan with a reserve above the needs of the growing space and match the filter and ducting to the same 250 mm diameter. Mismatched diameters otherwise add unnecessary resistance, reduce performance and increase noise.

What space it is suitable for
