Detailed description of the components
Each part of the set plays a key role in creating the optimal environment for your plants.
BioNova Bio Soilmix forms the basis of the entire system. It is a 100% organic substrate of the highest quality, made from Baltic black peat, white peat and coconut fibre. This blend guarantees a light and airy structure, which is crucial for strong root development. The substrate is enriched with worm humus and pre-fertilised for the first 2 weeks of growth.
Bionova Living Soil is the heart of the entire concept. This concentrated powder turns ordinary substrate into a thriving living soil with a balanced supply of nutrients from planting to harvest. When used correctly, it provides plants with everything needed for growth and flowering in a single application. It contains a rich blend of beneficial microorganisms, including bacteria, mycorrhizal fungi (e.g. Glomus intraradices) and fungi of the Trichoderma genus. These organisms live in symbiosis with the roots, break down organic matter and make nutrients available to the plants. One application at the start of the cycle is enough for up to 12 weeks.
Plagron Euro Pebbles serves as a drainage layer at the bottom of pots. It prevents the root ball from becoming waterlogged and ensures a constant supply of oxygen to the roots, thereby preventing root rot. The expanded clay is pH neutral and, after rinsing, can be used repeatedly.

How to use it? Simple instructions
Assembling the system is incredibly easy and anyone can do it:
- Pour a 2-3 cm layer of Plagron Euro Pebbles expanded clay into the bottom of each pot to ensure drainage.
- In a larger container, thoroughly mix the Bio Soilmix substrate with Bionova Living Soil powder.
- Fill the pots almost to the brim with the mixture.
- Plant your seedling or seed.
- Water ideally only with clean, settled water and watch your plants thrive.
