What does biomineral fertiliser mean?
Mills biomineral nutrition combines mineral (quickly available) nutrients with an organic component. The plant therefore has nutrients for growth immediately at hand and at the same time benefits from organic sources - the result is balanced nutrition suitable for all media.
Which medium is Mills suitable for?
The series can be used across growing media - in soil, coco and hydroponics. Because the Mills Bio Mineral formula does not build up in the medium, you do not need to change the fertiliser range when you switch to a different substrate.
Do I need any other products with Basis A+B?
The basis is the two-component Basis A+B for growth and flowering. Depending on your goal, you can supplement it with the Start and C4 stimulators, the Ultimate PK booster, the silicon-based Vitalise and Cal-Mag - especially useful when watering with reverse osmosis water.
Why is the base fertiliser divided into A and B components?
If concentrated nutrients were mixed in one bottle, some elements would precipitate out and become unavailable. Dividing them into A and B prevents this; both components are dosed in the same ratio into the water. We discuss this in detail in the article below.
