Bluelab PeriPod M3 is an automatic doser for nutrients and pH adjustment for growers who want the solution in the tank to stay at the correct values all the time, without having to keep measuring and topping up manually. Fitted with three peristaltic pumps (one for pH adjustment, two for nutrients), it responds to commands from the Bluelab Pro Controller and accurately doses pH adjustment products and nutrients into the tank.

Random checks and manual corrections are no longer needed - the system takes care of dosing, so instead of monitoring numbers you can focus on the growing itself. That is the main benefit of automation: stable pH and nutrient levels mean optimal nutrient availability and less stress for plants.

Which PeriPod to choose

M3 is a medium-capacity option for hobby and smaller commercial tanks - 120 ml/min per pump. The higher configuration in the same range is PeriPod M4 with four pumps - one more than the M3 (also 120 ml/min, both M ranges can be chained together). For large commercial volumes, there is the PeriPod L3 with ten times the flow rate of 1200 ml/min.

Frequently asked questions

Does the PeriPod M3 work on its own?

No. The PeriPod is a dosing unit, but it is controlled by the Bluelab Pro Controller, which measures pH and EC and sends instructions on when and how much to dose. Without the Pro Controller, the PeriPod does not know what to do. The two parts therefore form one system - the controller is the brain, the PeriPod the hands. The Pro Controller and pH adjustment products and nutrients are sold separately.

How many PeriPods can I connect?

Up to 12 pumps can be chained into one system, so you can expand dosing according to the number of fertilisation parts and pH adjustment products. Only M series pumps (M3 and M4) can be chained together; L3 pumps can only be chained with other L3 units.
