It increases the efficiency of the red spectrum and thus acts as a photosynthesis stimulator. When used after sunset, it accelerates night-time metabolism, while at sunrise it helps wake the plants up – providing more time for active photosynthesis during the day.

Far-red light accelerates flower initiation. During the vegetative growth phase and at the beginning of flowering, it can be used to stimulate greater plant growth. To achieve more compact, shorter plants during this period, do not switch it on during the day.

Maximise the efficiency of your LED panels’ light spectrum

Xplore DimLux Xplore Series Add-Ons 2 × 25 W LED additional LED bars with a special spectrum, developed to provide additional plant stimulation during critical development phases. They are available in three versions – UV, NIR – Near Infrared, or combined UV + NIR.

Each bar has a power consumption of 25 W and can be easily attached to Xplore series LED panels. The add-on bars can be connected to one another and have their own electrical plug, allowing separate time control, for example in the case of NIR.
