Jungle 3M is a KCL storage solution suitable and necessary for pH probes of measuring instruments.
By storing it in the solution, you extend the life of the electrode. The electrode of pH metres must remain moist, i.e. it must never dry out. This can damage the probe and subsequently cause it to function incorrectly. This is most often shown by the inability to calibrate and incorrect pH readings
