How to do it: step-by-step instructions

For seed germination:

1. Let the cubes soak up water fully (ideally with the pH adjusted to 5.8). Do not squeeze them out.
2. Place the seed into the prepared hole.
3. Lightly cover the hole with a thin layer (1-2 mm) of fine substrate and gently moisten with a spray bottle.
4. Place the propagator in a propagator or mini greenhouse to maintain high humidity (above 80%).
5. After germination, start ventilating gradually and acclimatise the seedlings to lower humidity.

For rooting cuttings:

1. Proceed the same way as in the first step for seeds – let the cubes soak up fully.
2. Insert the freshly cut cutting all the way to the bottom of the hole. Using a root stimulator is not necessary, but it is possible.
3. Place in a propagator and maintain high humidity. Keep the ventilation openings closed for the first few days.
4. After 7-9 days, the cutting should be ready for transplanting.
