Basic set for monitoring and controlling the optimal level of carbon dioxide in the grow room. The digital control unit, CO2 controller EcoTechnics Evolution, is equipped with a modern microprocessor and a probe with an infrared sensor for day and night recognition. This improved dispenser handles not only CO2 release at different intensities, but also controls the operation of the extract or intake fan.
Multi-purpose CO2 controller
The CO2 monitor and regulator EcoTechnics Evolution is compatible with CO2 cylinders and devices burning propane or butane. The highly programmable controller works with most external regulators, thermostats and hygrostats. This allows you to provide herbs with perfect conditions for strong growth, fragrant flowers and large fruit.
The package consists only of the control unit with a clear display. The basic set does not include a CO2 cylinder, a valve with status indicator or a probe.

Why is CO2 important for plants?
When growing outdoors, plants have unlimited access to carbon dioxide. In indoor conditions, however, CO2 can easily be used up and the herbs will lack it.
Carbon dioxide is essential for the optimal course of photosynthesis. Plants with a CO2 deficit in their surroundings are weaker, smaller and may have various problems. A sufficient amount of CO2 contributes to their overall health, faster growth and earlier flowering. The leaves will be larger and greener.
The natural size, colour, taste and odour of flowers or fruit will intensify. Higher carbon dioxide intake will increase water and nutrient consumption, and the herbs will need more light. If we want to grow with higher light intensities, it is necessary to artificially increase the CO2 level.
Carbon dioxide is heavier than air, so it will naturally stay near the ground. For proper distribution of CO2 throughout the space, we recommend using circulation or floor fans.
