Ebb&Flow flood tray 110 x 33 cm – plastic tray for growing plants using the Ebb&Flow method. Ebb&Flow is a very effective technique that allows maximum control over the root system. During cultivation using Ebb&Flow (Flood and Drain), the growing medium is periodically flooded. During flooding of the substrate, the remaining nutrient residues from the last watering dissolve. As a result, deposits do not form in the growing medium and there is no risk of over-fertilisation caused by a higher concentration of nutrient solution. If the watering cycle is selected correctly, EBB Flow practically prevents overwatering and the roots always have enough nutrients and oxygen. The watering volume that exceeds the retention capacity of the selected substrate immediately drains back into the reservoir through the openings. To prevent the waste drain from clogging, we recommend using a sieve, which you will find together with waste fittings and non-woven fabric in the Accessories category.

The tray can also be used as a drainage tray under flower pots.
