Dosatron Water Hammer Arrestor Kit is additional accessory for expanding the Dosatron Hobby System. The revolutionary Hobby System from Dosatron is a modular multi-pump system ideal for home and hobby growers.

The water hammer arrestor (WHA) is a device installed in a water system that prevents the sound of water hammer - a loud banging that can occur when the flow of water in the water pipe is suddenly stopped by a stopcock valve. This noise is caused by a pressure wave that travels through the pipe when the flow in the water pipe is suddenly stopped, and can cause damage to pipes, fittings and appliances.

The universal Dosatron Hobby System is compatible with liquid and powdered fertilisers, concentrated organic additives including enzymes, root stimulators and beneficial bacteria. It can also be used for pH regulation or sanitary maintenance.
