Boveda
When the harvest is finished, its quality depends only on proper storage. Boveda sachets work in both directions - in a sealed container they release or absorb moisture as needed, and keep it precisely at 58 % or 62 %. The herbs therefore stay supple, do not dry out, and mould does not start to affect them.

How does Boveda actually work?
Inside the sachet is salt and pure water in a precisely balanced ratio. In a sealed container, the sachet regulates relative humidity in both directions - when the air is too dry, it releases moisture; when it is humid, it absorbs the excess. The result is a stable environment in which the harvest can mature and does not dry out.
Should I choose 58 %, or 62 %?
Boveda 58 % is suitable if you want a drier result and longer shelf life, Boveda 62 % keeps the herbs a little more supple and aromatic. Both values are within the range that protects against drying out and mould.
How long does Boveda last?
Service life depends on the size of the container and how often it is opened. The sachet needs to be replaced once it starts to harden - as long as it still feels soft, it is still working. In a well-sealed container, it lasts for many weeks.
Where exactly does Boveda go?
Into an airtight container or jar together with the harvest. The better the container seals, the more effectively the sachet will maintain moisture. For comparison, also take a look at the alternative Integra Boost.
