• Calcium is responsible for the strength of cell walls and the overall structural integrity of the plant. It ensures robust growth and the proper development of new leaves and flowers.

Early recognition of the symptoms allows you to act quickly and prevent more serious problems. Monitor your plants and focus on these signs:

• Symptoms of calcium deficiency (Ca): Yellow-brown spots appear on the leaves, often with a sharp brown edge. The growth of new shoots slows down and they may be deformed.
• Symptoms of magnesium deficiency (Mg): Rust-coloured or distinctly yellow spots appear between the veins of older leaves. The leaves gradually lose their deep green colour.

Precise dosing for maximum results

For correct application, always add Calmag to the water first, mix thoroughly, and only then dose the other fertilisers. After mixing all components, check and, if necessary, adjust the pH of the resulting solution.

Preventive care (when using soft or RO water):

• Soil substrates: 0.3–0.8 ml per 1 litre of water with every watering.
• Hydroponics and coconut substrates: 0.5–1.0 ml per 1 litre of water with every watering.

Solution for acute deficiency:

• Soil substrates: 0.3–1.2 ml per 1 litre of water once a week, until the symptoms subside.
• Hydroponics and coconut substrates: 0.5–1.4 ml per 1 litre of water once a week, until the symptoms subside.

After the symptoms have subsided, return to preventive dosing to ensure long-term stability.
