PLANT!T Gemini is a self-contained hydroponic system with a pump that ensures circulation of the nutrient solution.

PLANT!T Gemini is ideal for 1 plant with a long lifespan, but it is also suitable for growing solitary plants with accelerated growth. PLANT!T Gemini comes with a base insert that allows variable use of growing media. It is possible to use the insert and less medium, resulting in a larger reservoir volume. OR remove the insert and thereby increase the volume of the medium. The choice is yours!

Plants are planted and grown in a medium such as clay pebbles (expanded clay), and suspended above a reservoir filled with nutrient solution. The nutrient solution is pumped into the irrigation ring and from there flows through the expanded clay directly to the plant roots. This draws vital oxygen into the nutrient solution, which is an essential condition for flawless root and plant growth.

Main advantages of PLANT!T Gemini:
- more practical than hand watering, because more nutrients and oxygen are delivered to the roots

- non-drain reservoir for a highly oxygenated root zone OR water accumulation

Most fast-growing plants tolerate continuous watering; however, some plants also require dry periods and only short watering times. Therefore, the use of a timer is recommended. A simple segment or digital timer with 15-minute intervals is ideal.

For young plants, drier conditions (in the root zone) are more suitable, because they support faster root development, with only one or two waterings (10-15 minutes) per day until established. The frequency then needs to be increased as the plant grows, to suit its needs. Once the plant is fully developed, adjust the watering schedule for maximum water consumption (taking environmental conditions into account), because water consumption is directly related to plant growth.
