Irrigation kit for Wilma XL Wide with eight of the largest 25 L pots. Large plants with high water consumption are supplied by an MJ1000 submersible pump (1,000 L/h) from a spacious 180 L reservoir - sized for long growing cycles without frequent refilling.

Which system is it for?

Wilma is a recirculating drip system: the submersible pump pushes the solution through the distribution hose to the drippers, with one dripper for each pot, while excess solution runs down the drainage tray and flows back into the reservoir by gravity. The kit corresponds to the Wilma XL Wide 8x25L system (tray 190x90 cm, 180 L reservoir). The distribution system is prepared for 8 drippers, one for each pot.

What the kit contains

The kit contains a distribution hose, drip lines with drippers and an MJ1000 submersible pump (flow rate 1,000 L/h, head up to 1.5 m). The reservoir, drainage tray and pots are not included in the kit - we supply them as separate parts. Choose the drippers according to the substrate: blue Flood for clay pebbles, rockwool or Mapito (fast flow), and black Arrow for coco, Copito or soil (slow dripping).

Frequently asked questions

When does the irrigation switch on, and is a timer included?

The timer is not included in the kit - Wilma requires one for switching. A 15-minute segment timer is a proven choice. Young plants need just 1-2 irrigation cycles per day with half the nutrient dose, while mature plants need a maximum of one cycle per hour during the light phase. The substrate should never be allowed to dry out completely.
