Osram Plantastar 600 W (400 V) is a high-pressure sodium discharge lamp developed specifically for growing plants and fruit in greenhouses and other growing spaces. It provides light optimised for photosynthesis – predominantly red-yellow, with an addition of blue-white spectrum, making it suitable for both the growth and flowering stages. It works with conventional and electronic ballasts. Photon flux remains above 90% after the full 12 000 hours of operation. The package does not contain cabling, a socket or other accessories.
