Osram Plantastar discharge lamps are high-pressure discharge lamps with a proportion of blue light, making them suitable for both vegetative phases of your plants. They can therefore be used for both the growth phase and the flowering phase. Plantastar discharge lamps are designed to correspond to the absorption spectrum of plants. They were developed specifically for use in commercial horticulture. They are ideal for use in humid environments, thanks to the high-quality, corrosion-resistant ceramic base (E40) with a nickel-plated thread. The discharge lamp has a luminous flux of 33 000 lm and a service life of 20 000 h.
They are suitable for greenhouse cultivation and fruit growing, providing light optimised for photosynthesis
