Osram Plantastar lamps are high-pressure lamps that have a blue light content and are thus suitable for both vegetative phases of your plants. You can therefore use them for both the growth and flowering phases. Plantastar lamps are designed to match the absorption spectrum of plants. They have been developed specifically for use in commercial horticulture. They are ideal for use in humid environments due to the high quality, corrosion resistant ceramic base (E40) with nickel plated threads. The lamp has a luminous flux of 33,000 lm and a lifetime of 20,000 h.
They are suitable for greenhouse cultivation, for fruit growing by providing light optimised for photosynthesis.
