History and focus of the brand

The American brand ViparSpectra was founded in 2011 under the slogan “Always growing” with a simple goal: to provide innovative gardening products at an affordable price. And it must be said that for a whole decade now, it has been doing so brilliantly. True to the slogan mentioned, the company is quite rightly growing all the time. After all, our satisfied customers and many growers of varying experience abroad are proof of that.
The company, based in the Californian city of Richmond, has from the outset primarily manufactured LED lighting for indoor plant growing.
Recently, however, it has begun to expand its field of activity intensively, and its product portfolio has also grown to include grow tents and unique grow bags.
As early as 2014 the technically advanced yet lightweight LED grow lights rose to become absolute bestsellers in America.
A year later (2015), the company did not hesitate and invested significant funds in the costly modernisation of its 20,000 square metre production plant!
In 2017 Viparspectra LED lights became a total bestseller in the grow light category also in Europe.
In 2020 ViparSpectra entered into a strategic partnership with Samsung and MEAN WELL as a pair of leading suppliers of spare parts for LED grow light technology.
At Viparspectra, they believe that the key to success is to keep development firmly in their own hands while listening closely to the needs of end customers. Only then is it possible to bring them consistently modern technologies at exceptionally favourable prices and thus enable effective plant cultivation using technologies such as LED to the widest possible group of growers, from complete beginners to experienced professionals.
The research and development team at Viparspectra is certainly not short of experts and professors. The American company makes no secret of the fact that it wants its products to dominate the entire market as soon as possible, and therefore they must work like no others. At the same time, they are characterised by a long service life.
The future of the Viparspectra brand is therefore at least as promising as its history. The company plans to continue investing heavily in research and constantly seeking new opportunities to use technological progress to enhance the experience of growing herbs, fruit or vegetables in the comfort of home.
