The Aqua Master Tools replacement electrode for the E300 PRO EC metre is a replacement EC probe for the older E300 PRO substrate metre. Replace it when the original probe reaches the end of its service life or is mechanically damaged – your metre can then continue serving you and you do not need to buy a completely new device.

Which metre is this electrode for?

This electrode is designed for the Aqua Master Tools E300 PRO EC metre, meaning the older series without the 2.0 designation. Electrodes from the individual series are not interchangeable. A different replacement electrode is designed for the newer Aqua Master Tools E300 PRO 2.0, which we list under code N52212. Before ordering, read the designation on your metre: if it says E300 PRO 2.0, you need the other electrode, not this one.

Calibration after replacement

Calibrate the new probe after fitting it. The E300 PRO uses single-point automatic EC calibration to a value of 1.4 EC, so one solution is sufficient – for example, the Aqua Master Tools EC 1.413 calibration solution. After every measurement in moist substrate, rinse the probe with clean water to prevent fertiliser salts from settling on it.
