Plagron NextGen Growplug propagator and medium supports rapid and intensive root development. Growplug consists of white peat and washed, buffered coconut fibre and is lightly pre-fertilised, making it the ideal base for young plants. The blend of coconut and peat ensures the ideal balance of air and water, creating a stable moist environment that leads to a greater number and length of roots, as well as an increase in root hairs.

Propagator features

The NextGen Growplugs cubes are supplied in a dry state, which makes them light and prevents mould. Their pre-prepared hole allows easy insertion of seeds or cuttings. Drainage holes in the tray prevent waterlogging, ensuring stronger and healthier plants. Growplugs are designed to remain intact during transplanting, which makes handling easier and protects the plant roots. After visible rooting, the plant should be transplanted into a growing medium.
