Agrolite Dark Night is a high-performance LED lamp with a specially designed filter that eliminates all wavelengths around 510nm, allowing work in greenhouses and cultivation in grow boxes during the dark period. The lamp allows a person to see in the dark and does not affect the life cycles of plants. Plants rich in chlorophyll absorb light in almost all wavelengths of the visible spectrum and reflect light only around 510nm (the green band), where they do not carry out photosynthesis.

Disturbing a plant during "sleep" is not good and causes it stress, which may manifest itself in undesirable ways. One of these may be, for example, hermaphroditism and poor or time-unstable ripening.
