GL01 KOMPLET UV-C germicidal light 36W (G13). The light including a germicidal fluorescent tube with an output of 36 W. Bactericidal short-wave ultraviolet radiation is used for effective sterilisation of air, liquids and surfaces. Solid bodies absorb the radiation on the surface layer, water and other liquids are semi-permeable. The sterilising emitter emits high-intensity UVC radiation that destroys the vast majority of bacteria, viruses, spores, moulds, microorganisms or yeasts, algae, ciliates, etc. The radiation rays are absorbed by concretions and nucleic acids and DNA is permanently damaged or destroyed. Ultraviolet UV radiation and its division (more info at Wikipedia.cz). This germicidal lamp is sufficient for rooms around 14 m2 with a ceiling height of 2.5 to 3 m. In healthcare, such as wards for patients, treatment clinics, medical surgeries, operating theatres, the recommended radiation dose of this lamp is 2 to 8 hours; for temporary disinfection, an exposure dose of 15 to 20 minutes is sufficient. This is a physical disinfection process and no chemicals are released into the air, no toxic by-products of disinfection are created, which has a positive effect on the environment. Warning! UVC radiation causes inflammation of the conjunctiva or burns to the skin; when working under UVC, it is necessary to protect the skin, e.g. with rubber gloves, and the eyes with glasses with clear glass!
