An end cap closes the end of ducting or an unused branch of an air distribution system without you having to change the entire route. The metal version is available in diameters from 100 to 315 mm, so it fits common sizes of flexible and rigid ducting.

You can use an end cap wherever you need to close the end of an air hose or rigid ducting - typically on an unused branch from a T-joint, or when you are limiting the ducting to only part of the grow room.
How to choose
The diameter of the ducting onto which you fit the end cap is decisive - higarden metal terminals are sold in sizes 100, 125, 160, 200, 250 and 315 mm. For a firm connection to a hose, it is suitable to make smaller holes in its end closer to the fan and larger ones further away from it, so that the airflow remains balanced along the entire length.
- Smaller diameters (100-160 mm) - end sealing of branches on smaller boxes.
- Larger diameters (200-315 mm) - closing the main branches of stronger ducting systems.
