Can-Lite odour filters with optimal airflow of 4500 m3/h are a special lightweight range of filters from Can Filters, which specialises in filtering unwanted odours using activated carbon. This range is characterised by low weight, thanks to the lightweight activated carbon (1 l of activated carbon weighs 260 g) and small dimensions. The service life of the filter filling is approx. 24 months depending on the environment. For the effectiveness of an activated carbon odour filter to be correct, it is important to choose the appropriate type of activated carbon and activation process. Controlled coarseness and high porosity of the activated carbon allow even airflow and capture more than 99% of unwanted odours.

The operating air temperature is from 10°C - 80°C and air humidity 0 - 80%.

Supplied including a dust pre-filter made of special filter fabric. 

Calculation for selecting a suitable filter
We calculate the air volume in the room, where we multiply the room length (m) by the room width (m) and the ceiling height (m).
For example: A room 4 m long, 3 m wide and 2 m high => 4 x 3 x 2 = 24 m3 
We multiply the resulting air volume by 60 (i.e. the number of minutes per hour), thereby finding out how much air needs to be cleaned in 1 hour.
We compare the result with the maximum performance of the selected filter. If its max. performance is higher than our result, the filter is sufficient for the given space.
