BioNova K 20 contains 20% of K₂O, one of the basic elements necessary for every plant. Potassium (K) contributes to cell stability and promotes flowering. It plays an important role in cell formation, osmosis regulation and carbohydrate storage. Plants use it to open and close stomata, the tiny pores in the leaves they use to breathe and remove excess heat and moisture. 

Without sufficient potassium, plants can't do these things effectively. Their leaves will start to turn yellow on the edges (chlorosis), and in time the whole plant will start dying. On the other hand, too much potassium will lead to poor development.

Besides treating deficiencies, growers use K20 to boost flowering.

BioNova K20 is very cost-effective and works quickly. Most importantly, it's very pure and without any chlorides.

This isn't an NPK fertiliser. Use the Soil Supermix fertiliser for soil-based substrates, the Hydro SuperMix for hydroponic systems, Aero SuperMix for aeroponic systems, and the AutoFlower SuperMix specialised for autoflowering plants. We recommend Veganics Grow and Veganics Bloom for growers who prefer fully organic fertilisers.

Dosage and use: 
- Add 1-10 ml of K20 per 1 l of water (to support flowering or to treat deficiencies)
- Apply when deficiencies occur and/or to accelerate maturing 
- Compatible with all BioNova fertilisers, stimulators, minerals, and substrates.

NK fertiliser: 3-0-20, 3% total nitrogen, 20% water-soluble potassium oxide (K2O)
