Proguard Defender DXB 100 PCO BPI Kit

The PCO Cell & BPI Kit is a unit for disinfection production in DXB equipment. To keep the ProGuard Defender DXB air purifier working properly and at 100% at all times, the unit needs to be replaced once a year.

The ProGuard™ sanitizing process combines PCO and BPI
1. ProGuard uses patented photocatalytic oxidation (PCO) technology, which uses energy to activate a catalyst and convert moisture into dry hydrogen peroxide and other sanitizing elements that continuously clean the space for 24 hours a day.
2. By creating a plasma with an extremely high content of positive and negative charges,BPI (bipolar ionization) ions effectively destroy pathogens including mold, fungi, viruses and bacteria. They also clean the air by causing particles to clump together and fall to the floor.

The higher the humidity, the greater the volume of oxidation created and the more effective the technology.

The difference between DXB 100 and DXB Mini
Both Defender ProGuard use the same mechanisms to disinfect indoor environments, but have been optimised for different sized rooms of 3-3.6 m2.
