This double-ended (DE) HPS 1000W (400V) by Lumatek is a pulse-start, dual-spectrum lamp suitable for both the vegetative and flowering phases. It's the most powerful and effective artificial grow light on the market. It works perfectly with a Lumatek digital ballast, which is fully compatible with the bulb and lowers the risk of damaging it.
It's a high-frequency HID lamp using a higher voltage for even greater performance and effectivity. We highly recommend pairing it with the controllable ballast Lumatek 1000W PRO which acts as a voltage transformer. If a lamp has a 400V power supply, the lamp reaches an operating frequency of 120 kHz (at 240V, the frequency is 90 kHz), which means 25% more luminous intensity.
